We ship goods to all areas of Mainland UK, including Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. For shipping to the rest of the Channel Islands and outside the UK, please contact us at 01249 712883 or you can also send enquiries via our contact page on the website and we will advise you accordingly.
Shipping & Delivery Details
We aim to dispatch your orders on the same day, provided that you ordered before 4:00 pm. If you place your order after 4:00pm it will be dispatched the next working day (except Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays). Therefore, orders placed after 4pm on a Thursday will be dispatch on Friday. Orders Placed on Friday after 4pm will be dispatched on the following Monday.
If for any reason this cannot be achieved, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be given the option to cancel your order with full refund.
We use Paypal dependant on the weight of your purchase. (Royal Mail upto 6kg weight)
Standard Delivery Service (Using Paypal Service) - within 1 to 3 working days.
A signature will be required on delivery of your goods. If there is no one available to sign for your goods, a card will usually be left advising you of what action needs to be taken. This usually involves collection of the item from your local Royal Mail Depot.
We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to third party.
If your goods cannot be delivered for any reason and are instead returned to us, the cost of the goods will be refunded in full, less a £9.99 charged to cover packing and administration cost.
If it becomes apparent that your order has been lost in the post, we will re-send your order at no cost to you after confirming the lost with Paypal . Please do allow up to four weeks for Paypal to confirm the lost.
